Company Overview

Our company was established in 2010 under the name Matrix Design and
Build Services which was registered as a Limited company in 2018 and the
name changed to Matrix
Design and Build Services Limited. The
company is registered with the National Construction Authority of Kenya
(NCA) and other authorities.
Since it was founded, we have
completed a wide variety of projects both in the residential and
commercial sectors. We work in all regions of Kenya and have
historically completed projects in Kigali and Kampala.
Matrix
Design and Build Services Limited is a design and build outfit dedicated
to the continued development of building environment in East Africa. We
are highly committed to quality design and workmanship and to meeting
client’s expectations. We work for a wideranging client base many of
whom are repeat customers. We are able to undertake projects throughout
Kenya.
We provide design and build solutions through
working together with our client/developer from the initial design and
site clearance right through to the final decorations and floor
coverings. All our projects are run by a dedicated team of in-house site
managers and foremen, hence providing the client with a single point of
engagement and easy implementation of the project cycle. At the same

2. REPRESENTATION OF QUALIFICATIONS

To accept assignments for which we are qualified by our education, training, professional experience and technical competence, and we will assign staff to projects in accordance with their qualifications and commensurate with the services to be provided, and we will only make representations concerning our qualifications and availability which are truthful and accurate.

To furnish our services in a manner consistent with the established and accepted standards of the profession and within the laws and regulations of the land
4. FAIR COMPENSATION
Negotiate fairly and openly with our clients in establishing a basis for compensation, charge fees and expenses that are reasonable and commensurate with the services to be provided and the responsibilities and risks to be assumed.
5. INTEGRITY
Avoid actions, which promote our own self-interest at the expense of our clients, and uphold construction
